The ML-Range is Alcatraz's multi-turn valve interlock.
Providing reliable mechanical interlocking for Gate, Gear, Globe valves, and all other multi-turn valve types from 1" up >".
Designed to be mounted onto any host valve / gearbox without breaking its confinement, no welding nor grinding.
The ML-Range all feature an integral parallel splined drive-tube, this ensures a strong HSE connection between the interlock and handwheel.
There is a wide selection of handwheel sizes & options to suit each application, and they can all be supplied in 316L or Carbon Steel coated.
The ML-Range interlock is manufactured in 316L stainless steel, each device comes surface finished electropolished to ASTM B912-02 as standard meaning no need to paint, and fire test certified to ANSI/API 607.
Next to that, each product is standardly certified to IP64 Encapsulated Key & lock portion preventing any ingress and contamination.
