QL-range
The QL-Range is Alcatraz's quarter-turn valve interlock.
Providing reliable mechanical interlocking for Ball, Butterfly and any quarter-turn valve operation from 1" up >".
Designed to be mounted onto any host valve without breaking its confinement, no welding nor grinding.
The QL-Range all feature an ISO footprint ensuring a strong mounting cMonnection between the interlock and host valve.
The QLM & QLL both come with a sliding lever, available in a selection of lever sizes and all supplied in 316L.
The QL-Range interlock are all manufactured in 316L stainless steel, each device comes surface finished electropolished to ASTM B912-02 as standard meaning no need to paint, and fire test certified to ANSI/API 607.
Next to that, each product is standardly certified to IP64 Encapsulated Key & lock portion preventing any ingress and contamination.
