FEED and detailed design

Alcatraz engineers work alongside EPC project teams during front-end engineering design (FEED) and detailed design phases to specify interlocking requirements, develop key diagrams, define valve interlock sequences and ensure compatibility with process design.

Procurement and manufacturing

Once designs are finalised, Alcatraz manufactures all interlocking products to the specified requirements, with full material traceability, product certification (2.1, 2.2 and 3.1) and quality documentation aligned to EPC project standards.

Installation and commissioning

Our service engineers support installation and commissioning activities on-site, ensuring correct fitment, function testing and handover documentation.
