Process oversight PILOT
PILOT (Process Interlocking Oversight Technology) is Alcatraz's centralised IIoT enabled process safety platform.
The POC (Process Oversight Cabinet) communicates with our digital or keyless interlocks throughout the plant, monitors process parameters in real time, and provides full visualisation of the entire process both in the control room, and in the field via an Alcatraz handheld ATEX tablet.
For complex, high-value process facilities where real-time oversight, full audit trails and digital sequence control are essential, PILOT delivers a comprehensive digital process safety solution.
